Bassel was AMAZING placing carpet on my parents' basement stairs this morning. He was efficient and kind, and the work when he finished was perfection. I literally wanted to just right down on the stairs and sleep! Excellent service from our installer and our salesman Tyler.

Kevin and Dave from The Carpet Guys did an excellent job. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. The installation looks great, and they made sure everything was clean and finished properly before leaving. I really appreciate their attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new carpet.

Highly recommend the Carpet Guys if you are in need of new flooring! From scheduling the in home estimate to completion - very professional and courteous. Xavier was here the day after we scheduled the estimate - gave us a fair and quick consultation. Kevin and Dave came out the next day for installation - and were so friendly and professional. It was also so great to hear employees speak so highly of the company they work for. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to family and friends. We love the new carpet!

Ryan was an absolute star—her professionalism, charm, and seamless coordination made the entire process a breeze. She set up every appointment with care, and her personable approach drew me right in. Next, John Kohler came to my home as a consultant, and he was outstanding. John walked me through the exquisite carpet options, clearly explained the pricing, and made the entire selection process both easy and enjoyable. Then, when I visited the office in Troy, Becky at the reception desk was a true ray of sunshine. Even though my interaction with her began through a DoorDash delivery, she was just so genuine and kind—like a familiar friend welcoming me back. Every step of the journey felt like visiting old friends, and I couldn’t recommend The Carpet Guys more highly. They made what could have been a daunting task truly a joy from start to finish.

Gus installed my 3 bedroom house in under 5 hours! He was fantastic, did an amazing job with the carpet and cleanup. Would highly recommend!

The team of two worked from the moment they arrived until they left. It was all stairs and landings. They did a great job doing the hollywood style stair install. So professional and straight forward. Tyler was so great and kind that came to give us a quote. We had 3 companies come out and give us a quote and we ultimately chose the carpet guys. The workers were nice and quick. My basement stair carpet was ripped out and installed within an hour tops. We love the results and we have referred them to our Livonia neighbors. Can’t beat this service and price.
