Everyone I worked with was professional. We had many questions because we wanted things done right, and everyone involved addressed any concerns we had. We did need to keep an eye on the crew and make sure things were done properly, but this is to be expected with any contractor. You'll get a quality service at a premium price compared to big box stores.

The carpet guys are amazing I would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring. My partner and I recently purchased flooring from the Carpet Guys (Anis) for our bonus room in the basement. We live in Clawson and had this ugly blue carpet down there that needed to be replaced. We were referred to the carpet guys from a close friend and had the pleasure of working with Anis. He was extremely knowledgeable and Helped us pick material and colors. We ended up going with vinyl planks, but had switched from a lighter color to a darker color. we chose to use Coretec for our vinyl planks. We have them upstairs throughout our whole house. We are scheduled to have it installed next week and I’m so excited for it. I’m looking forward to utilizing that room. Overall, the Carpet Guys (Anis) was extremely professional, courteous and straightforward. We got a great price And they even threw in some extras. We will definitely be using them for all of our floors in the future. I sent them to my mom the next day so she can get her house done. Very satisfied customer. I can’t say enough good things about The Carpet Guys. They installed laminate flooring in my basement, and the final result is absolutely stunning. The space looks completely transformed. It’s the kind of craftsmanship you notice immediately and appreciate more the longer you look at it. The team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They showed up on time, worked seamlessly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Just as impressive was how meticulous they were with cleanup—when they finished, the space was spotless. You’d never know a major flooring install had just happened. This was one of those rare home improvement experiences where everything went right. High-quality work, great people, and a beautiful end result. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone looking for flooring work.
