John Kohler was the estimator who came to our home, and he was wonderful to work with. He was honest, personable, incredibly thorough, and took a lot of time to answer our questions. He also went above and beyond by calling around to see if there was any way to get materials in time for our move, which we really appreciated. One thing that stood out was that he never made us feel pressured. He offered thoughtful advice, explained our options clearly, and let us make our own decision without an aggressive (or very obviously staged) sales pitch, as I've experienced with a few other guys. It felt exciting and relaxed all the way through. Although we ultimately chose another company because the timing worked out a little better for our move, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to anyone looking for flooring. He made what could have been a stressful process feel much less overwhelming, and we were genuinely grateful for the time, care, and effort he put into helping us. Thank you, John!

Very the carpet installers came to my home promptly on time. They were very courteous, very clean. They did the job very fast and I'm absolutely amazed with how my home looks and the gentleman that installed the carpet. The best I've ever worked with those two need a raise. Absolutely wonderful young men
