Great dealing with Carpet Guys. Salesperson Corey was very helpful and great to deal with. Installer Bassel and staff did a wonderful job with installation and left my home clean. Love my new carpeting!

Called the Carpet Guys in August 2026. Sent out an LVP specialist Anis K. Being a former installer before he transitioned into sales he had lots of wonderful ideas and had a dream and a vision for our kitchen that came to life once the install happened Very Fair Pricing Easy to get a install scheduled. The install = Just Wow. They sent out an excellent one man crew Matt R. The man of the hours. Our home is older, years of tile and linoleum overlays ( we removed all 6 layers ) Do the floor had some install challenges. But Matt R. Being a perfectionist, was solutions oriented. He surveyed the floor and made adjustments. This craftsman , did 11 hours of prep with luann, and a leveling agent. He returned the very next day and started the install and put in another 11 and 1/2 hours. Due to his skills and passion to leave us with a good job he was very meticulous and very detail-oriented our new floor is the centerpiece of our kitchen it pulls it all together. We are thankful for Anis K ( class act ) Matt R. ( excellent craftsman) Diane in scheduling And Aaron the delivery guy. We will and would 100% higher the carpet guys again no games no shenanigans no dog and pony show just a wonderful product with wonderful customer support

Terry and Sterling did an amazing job changing our stairs carpet. Very nice customer service and very professional. Was done in less than 3 hours. Would recommend 100%

Kevin and Dave did a great job. They carefully cleaned up dust leftover from the work done on my basement before starting to lay out carpet padding and carpet. The carpet is well laid and they cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Terry and Sterling were absolutely wonderful on the install. They arrived right on schedule and worked non stop until the flooring was finished. Excellent customer service by these guys and would have them come back without hesitation.

I contacted The Carpet Guys through Facebook Messenger on Saturday evening, 10/17/26, inquiring about an in-home quote estimate for carpet in 2 living rooms & a small hallway. The Carpet Guys called me Monday morning, 10/19/26 & we setup the in-home quote estimate for Thursday, 10/22/26. The Carpet Guys Design Consultant, Brendan, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time & immediately after introducing himself, he quickly & efficiently measured both rooms & the hallway & then brought in the samples for us to look at. Brendan was very knowledgeable of the different types of carpet they offer & took his time to fully explain the differences & benefits of each style. After asking a few specific questions, like what we were looking for as far as color, wear & durability rating for dogs & kids, Brendan helped us to select a very nice, medium gray carpet & a thickness that felt good to walk on. Brendan then explained the different discounts he could provide, along with the sales promotions they currently had available & we agreed on a very reasonable price for the removal of the existing carpeting, padding & flooring, then the installation of all of the new padding & carpeting. After getting a pretty good deal on the price, I figured it might be a week or so before they could get it installed, so I was really blown away when Brendan said they had the carpet In Stock & asked me if I'd like it installed the very next day Friday, 10/23/26.... umm Heck yes I would!!! The installation team called me Friday morning around 7:45am to let me know they were about a 1/2 hour away & that we were their first appointment of the day. The installation team consisted of 2 young men, Joel & Esteban. They were both very friendly & polite. After introducing themselves, they got right to work & moved all of the big pieces of furniture out into our garage. We were only responsible for moving the TV's, electronics, my glass curio cabinet & my grandfather clock. Joel & Esteban were very efficient & quickly got all the old flooring removed & into their van for them to dispose of later. New tack strips & new padding was installed in what seemed like the blink of an eye & then they brought in & layed down the new carpet. They seamed the new carpet to flawlessly match up with the carpet in 3 bedrooms & they installed new metal transition strips in the bathroom & kitchen doorways. The entire time Joel & Esteban were in our home they were professional, friendly & polite to me, my husband & our 3 boys, even taking the time to explain what some of the tools were, how they worked & what they were used for when my 12 year old had questions about what they were doing. When they were done with the install, they cleaned everything up, vacuumed both living rooms & did a walk through with me to ensure I was happy with everything before they left. The Carpet Guys provided a very professional experience & they were wonderful to work with as a first time customer. We will definitely have them back for any flooring needs in our future & we will happily recommend them to all of our friends & family as well.

My new carpet from The Carpet Guys is beautiful and the installation went incredibly smoothly. Our installers, Gus and Daniel, went beyond expectations with their professionalism, customer service and mastery of their craft. It was their efforts and the quality products they installed that earned The Carpet Guys this Exceptional rating. Earlier, I had seriously considered canceling this order, even if it cost me my deposit. You see, I had a large project, spanning half my house and involving multiple contractors. For planning purposes, I needed to be in contact with the installation team well in advance. Unfortunately, the handoff between Sales and Installation there does not seem to exist. From the moment he got my signature and deposit, my salesman Logan, stopped returning my calls and email. Over the course of a week, I contacted the store several times, even the escalation line, and was repeatedly promised a call back. No one ever called. I kept trying and finally got through to Diane, the Assistant Installation manager. Diane listened and partnered with me to work through the logistics that had to be done in stages. Diane saved this sale and, coupled with the installers, Gus and Daniel, turned this project from a worry to a delight. Meanwhile, I felt that Sales left me in a lurch.

We had our vinyl plank floors and carpet installed in the entire condo by the Carpet Guys and were very happy with the outcome. We had issues with our subfloor and the team was insistent on ensuring the foundation was Ok before proceeding. The trim details and adjustments that the management team made for timing and change orders were amazing. I'm grateful for their patience. Maz from sales, Samantha from management, Alex and Vas from hard floor installers and Joe H from carpet all did a superb job. Thank you all!
