The salesman that came out was very down to earth and informative. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. Gus who installed the carpet did a great job!

I had water damage on my lament floors. Harold S came out and helped me pick out my new replacement floors. On installation day Carlis and his brother did an awesome job installing. The floors look beautiful. Carlos and his brother moved my heavy furniture even my area rugs. After the very long day of installation they once again moved my furniture and rugs. My floors look so good i decided to do the one room that wasn't damaged. I again asked Harold to write up my sale and requested carlos and his brother to do the install. So happy that we chose to use the Carpet Guys for our basement carpet install! We worked with Steve to pick the carpet we wanted and set up our installation. Steve was INCREDIBLE. He came to our home the day after I contacted The Carpet Guys and was on time, super friendly, answered all of our questions, and- for lack of a better description-wasn’t a “pushy salesman.” After working with Steve, we were able to book an installation just 2 days later. Khalil and Tony installed the carpet and did an AMAZING job. They arrived on time and were both very friendly and professional. The installation was really quick and they left the place spotless when they were finished. Khalil even helped us fix a small problem in our stairs that we discovered upon removing the old carpet. It was so unexpected and so nice of him. Cannot recommend working with this company enough!

Our job was a two-part installation, there was an issue with the first part of our installation but we worked with Nick D, the installation field manager, who was terrific! TCG sent out a second crew, which was Gus. Gus called the morning of installation to let us know he was on his way and he arrived on time. Gus was friendly, polite and hard-working, he definitely takes pride in his work! He even did a walk-through with us at the end, and also vacuumed (it was like they were never even here). Gus went over and beyond, fantastic job! Jennifer S. also did an amazing job making sure that we were completely satisfied with our installation. Thank you!!!!

The process was pretty simple and the Installer, Sergio was a pleasure to work with and speak with. One thing I can say, when the people tell you to have your room(s) prepared by moving furniture and heavy things ahead of time, please do so. I makes the installers job that much easier and less time consuming and allows them to get to their next appointments. Highly recommend.

The carpet installation was timely, and professionally done. Mr. Omar and his staff not only did a great job but I took note how well they cleaned up the work areas prior to their exit. Thank you team Omar!!

Carpet Guys replaced my hardwood flooring.   The installers were awesome. We LOVE our new carpet! It's good quality and the installation was done perfectly and professiinally. Definately recommend this company. And the saleaperson brought samples that were exactly what we had asked for. We purchased on a Saturday and it was installed on a Tuesday.
