My experience was good with my carpet selection and installation. Sebastian was a wonderful sales person and Isaiah, the sales manager was good to answer questions. The office staff was also very good to schedule the installation and make changes as needed. The person I spoke with had been there only a month and was very helpful. Joaquín and Javier’s crew did a good job with the installation as well. He was patient to answer questions and make adjustments I requested. One suggestion for improvement is if the customer could be called the day before installation rather than the day of with the installation time it would be most beneficial and appreciated

We first were going to go with Lowe’s but after weeks of finally getting our samples that we had to buy in the mail. Then picking out our flooring and finally hearing back from the sales person she told us Lowe’s was no longer carrying the brand we picked. Rather than dealing with them anymore, we went to The Carpet Guys. Really wished we went to them first, they brought out big samples that we picked in the store, did our measurements, ordered the LVP flooring we picked out, and they kept us in the loop of process of ordering, what to do prep to have the room ready for installation. The guys that came to install our floor moved our bigger furniture and put it back in place. They worked efficiently and did fantastic job. I totally recommend using this great company and don’t bother using the big box stores.

This is the second time I have had the Carpet Guys for carpeting. The ease of someone coming to your home with all of the samples in hand is the best. I worked with Nick and he was amazing. It only took 4 days from ordering to installation. The quality of the carpet and padding is top quality. My installation crew did such a beautiful job and left everything immaculate. If ever I need any flooring in the future, it will be the Carpet Guys hands down.

Alex and his team were great. They got the floors in my house done ahead of schedule. Everything looks great, and they cleaned up after themselves.

The guys did a fantastic job installing my vinyl laminate flooring in two rooms this date. They were punctual, jumped right into the project and stayed with it until it was finished 8 hours later, took no breaks, ain't no lunch. They cleaned up when they were finished and while they were working so they made no excess problems during the installations. They volunteered to help move heavy furniture after they completed the project. I would hire these two men for any kind of home improvements I was contemplating. Cannot speak highly enough about their talents and abilities and dedication.
